About us

Rudy Chang and Ben Edwards first worked together at IBM, where they were responsible for transforming marketing through the application of design, technology and agile methods. Over the past 12 years, Ben and Rudy have worked together to help define and catalyze the transformation of many different organizations, including GoodRx, MetLife, TD Ameritrade, Robinhood, Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals, Humana Healthcare, Legacy.com and Dun & Bradstreet.

Rudy has been helping senior leaders of organizations to define and execute transformational strategies, business models, and technology platforms for over 25 years—both as a senior operating leader at IBM and Pitney Bowes, and as a consultant, coach and facilitator to over 20 client organizations spanning Fortune 500 to late stage startups. In addition to working with senior leadership, Rudy continues to learn and maintain his hands-on-keys skills in all things MarTech, digital and e-Commerce platforms. He is the founder of Agile Innovations, a Managing Director at Gather.co in New York, and a Board Member of Quorum Financial Credit Union.

Ben Edwards

A former senior operating executive with IBM, PayPal and The Economist Group, Ben brings a wealth of corporate experience to his work. As a consultant and coach, Ben helps his clients bring clarity, alignment, and intensity to the total functioning of the organization, from the C-Suite to the “shop floor”. With deep expertise in the financial services, healthcare, and technology industries, Ben is a master facilitator, communicator and—when required—disrupter of the corporate homeostasis. He is an executive coach with Better Faster Further in San Francisco and Aesara Partners in London; a Managing Director at Gather.Co in New York; and runs a private coaching practice from his home in Hampton, CT.
